Furthermore contained in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is annotated in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling distinct sections of the land.
In addition to this are what seem to be nine other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.
